Workers 4 Less LLC — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI receptionist services, website and related services (the "Services") provided by Workers 4 Less LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("Workers 4 Less," "we," "us"). By signing up for or using the Services, you ("Customer," "you") agree to these Terms.

Key terms

• Services are billed monthly in advance. Extra minutes are billed in arrears at the plan rate.
• Plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing month.
• Plan downgrades take effect, including the new extra-minute rate, at the next billing month.
• Customers are responsible for lawful use, including caller consent where required, and for the accuracy of the business info given to the AI.
• Texting requires approved carrier registration. Bulk marketing texts are not part of the service.
• The service is provided "as is." AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate. Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior month.
• Arizona law governs.

1. The Services

Workers 4 Less provides an AI receptionist that answers calls for your business, collects caller details, answers common questions from the business information you provide, books appointments on your connected calendar, and sends call-related text and email messages, as described in your plan.

2. Plans, billing and payment

Services are billed monthly in advance. Extra minutes are billed in arrears at the plan rate. Plan allowances (minutes, text segments, calendar connections and booking workflows) are as listed for your plan on our pricing page at the time you sign up. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all fees when due.

3. Term, cancellation and plan changes

Plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time, effective at the end of the current billing month. Plan downgrades take effect, including the new extra-minute rate, at the next billing month. To cancel or change your plan, contact us at [[email protected]] or (623) 321-2512.

4. Your responsibilities

Customers are responsible for lawful use, including caller consent where required, and for the accuracy of the business info given to the AI. You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, harassing or fraudulent purpose, and to keep your account information current.

5. Text messaging

Texting requires approved carrier registration. Bulk marketing texts are not part of the service. Message terms are described in our SMS Terms.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate. Liability is limited to fees paid in the prior month. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost business.

8. Governing law

Arizona law governs.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
